Through a sensitive transformation, this historical building, which spans 1000 sqm in size, has been converted into four residences - Piano Nobile, Grand Canal, Rialto and Terrazzetta. All have been individually designed with the utmost care and using locally sourced materials, such as Italian marble and fabrics produced by the best Venetian textile manufacturers.

Looking out over Venice’s Grand Canal, the PIANO NOBILE is the most spacious of Palazzo Garzoni’s apartments. Arranged over two floors with five bedrooms, it has been decorated with the utmost care and contains impeccably restored ceiling paintings. 

The second-largest of Palazzo Garzoni’s apartments - GRAND CANAL - can accommodate up to eight guests. Located on the building’s third floor, it has a large, exquisitely furnished reception area and a stunning wood-panelled kitchen.

Sleek contemporary design and an atmosphere of cosy comfort are the hallmarks of TERRAZZETA -  charming third-floor apartment, which can host up to four people. Views over the rooftops of Venice add an enchanting, romantic feel.

With its exposed ceiling beams and private terrace, fourth-floor loft apartment named RIALTO is an elegant haven for six guests (4 adult, 2 children). Chic modern furniture and modish wood-panelling provide a stylish counterpoint to the Gothic splendour outside.

Guests can rent the residences individually or have the whole property on an exclusive-use basis for the ultimate private takeover.
