Surrounded by a 500-year-old olive grove, Villa Nai 3.3 is located on the island of Dugi Otok, Croatia, in the heart of Dalmatia, next to the village of Žman. Villa Nai 3.3 sits in the middle of the Adriatic Sea, equidistant from the famous towns of Dubrovnik and Venice. 

Villa Nai 3.3 can be seen as one residence with 8 rooms, or a boutique resort with 8 rooms and suites. Two suites have sea views, and one suite has an olive grove view. Three rooms boast sea views and two have views of the olive grove. Rooms begin at 40sqm and suites at 60sqm. All units have private outdoor terraces from 30sqm.

All the rooms and suites are equipped with exclusive and timeless Giorgetti furniture. All rooms and suites have beautifully appointed, spacious bathrooms with walk- in showers, double vanities, and bathtubs, all produced by Agape, a true leader in bathroom architecture and design. To complement the premium signature of the rooms and suites, all the bedding is from an aristocrat of Italian linen craftsmanship Frette.

The Lobby Bar invites guests to enjoy organic coffee, signature cocktails, and a premium wine list. The Cigar Room and its humidors include a completely secluded outdoor area, protected and surrounded by a stone garden.

There are two seawater swimming pools at Villa Nai 3.3 – a smaller indoor jacuzzi pool or a 23-meter-long outdoor swimming pool.

The Spa is a wellness haven with an indoor swimming pool and Finnish / Bio sauna scented to the guest’s liking. Guests can enjoy revitalizing treatments with products made from Nai 3.3 olives and olive oil that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. The Spa program features globally renowned treatments such as Balinese and Thai body massage with cutting-edge technological achievements. Cold plasma treatments revitalize cells and regenerate the body, and a wide range of the best traditional and innovative, Croatian and foreign treatments ensure a one-of-a- kind experience. In-between treatments, guests can relax in a private outdoor meditation garden.

Villa Nai has two restaurants that are open to both hotel guests and walk-ins. Grotta 11,000 serves meals only by an open fire, as it was done on Dugi Otok 11,000 years ago, with a capacity for 18 seats. Only wood is used to grill the meat and fish, featuring the best ingredients from the island and the Adriatic Sea.

3.3 boasts more modern Mediterranean cuisine with 22 seats. This fine-dining restaurant offers a 7-course menu paired with wine and a la carte menu options. All food is ecologically produced with the finest local ingredients used.
